Robert F. Lyons, age 96, longtime resident of Posen, passed away July 13, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Audean June Lyons, nee Schaffner; loving father of Robert (Judith), Gail (Tom) Vanko and John (Elaine); cherished grandfather of Brian (Tricia) Lyons, Kimberly Lyons, Catherine (Ishwarren) Muthukarrupan, Christopher Vanko, Andrew Vanko, Joline Lyons, Ashley (Derrick) Daigel and Allyson (Steve) Windle; proud great grandfather of 5; dearest brother of Jerry (Shirley) and the late Charles (the late Sis), the late James (the late Marie) and the late Roger Lyons; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday, August 7th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at St Augustine Parish formerly St. Christopher Church, 4130 W. 147th St., Midlothian.  Inurnment Mt. Hope Cemetery with a reception to follow.
