Julia Sendra, nee Mech, age 95, lifelong resident of Posen, passed away Jan. 2, 2022.  Beloved wife of the late Joseph; loving mother of Diana (John) Zmuda, Charlene (Roger) Burrell, Joseph Jr. (Janice), Frank (Carol) and Florence (Duane) Piejko; cherished grandmother of Craig, Matthew Zmuda, Jennifer (Chris) Spierowski, Michael (Shanna) Burrell, Andrew and Anna Sendra and David and Lauren Piejko and great grandchildren of Alyssa, Mason, Dylan, Sam, Leif and Baby L;  dearest sister of the late Stanley (the late Rose), the late Norman (the late Stella) and the late Florence and the late Harriet; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Julia expanded her heart to always include everyone.  She loved to bake and cook and took great delight in sharing her delicious baked goods.  Julia also enjoyed bowling, dancing, traveling with her children and was a diehard Cubs fan.

Due to the pandemic and health concerns, the visitation, funeral service and interment at St. Benedict Cemetery will be private.
