Edward John Ostrowski Jr., 59, of Posen, passed away January 21, 2022.  Beloved husband of Susan, nee Coglianese; devoted son of the late Edward John Sr. and the late Grace "Marilyn", nee Schlesser; dearest brother of Walter and Kenneth Ostrowski and brother in law of Carmella (Fabian) Cruz, John Coglianese and the late Penny and Peggy Coglianese; loving uncle of William (Valerie), Walter Jr. (Gina), Melissa, Joseph, Crystal (Derek) Martin, Jennifer (Shadi) Salman, Nick (Amanda) Cruz and Mari Cruz; fond great uncle of many.

Edward's greatest passions were being the Commander of Posen's Emergency Management Agency (EMA) and his church, Faith Bible Church in Steger, IL where he served as the church treasurer.  He loved to help people and would do anything for anybody.   He will always be remembered for his huge heart and love for everyone.

Resting at Adduci-Zimny Funeral Home, 14522 Western Ave., Posen on Wednesday, January 26th from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, January 27th from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m.  Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Bible Church , 560 E. Sauk Trail, Steger, IL 60475.
