Donna J. "Bunny" Nachtwey, nee Shreve, age 71, of Midlothian, formerly of Chicago, born on Easter Sunday and passed away November 21, 2019.  Cherished wife of the late Timothy; beloved mother of Tim (Cindy), Veronica "Roni" (Jeff Downey), Tony (Ginnie) and Donna (Aaron Cuthbert); loving grandmother of Steven and Nicole Nachtwey, Alexandria (Tim) Dillon and Rebecca Downey, Emily and Matthew Nachtwey and Christopher, Jeremiah and Julia Cuthbert; dearest sister of Janice Shreve, Sally Kaup and Debbie Tulacz and the late Sharon Sales and Robert Shreve.

Donna was extremely creative and loved her paper dolls, knitting and arts and crafts.  She also greatly enjoyed hunting.  Donna was an excellent cook and baker. Especially famous among friends and family were her apple and zucchini breads.  Donna was a strong and caring woman who was passionate about her family and deeply loved by all who knew her.  She will be profoundly missed and never forgotten.

A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, November 30th, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Mass at 12:00 noon at St. Christopher Catholic Parish, 4130 147th Street Midlothian.  Interment will be private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
