Carol Marie Chandick (nee Garland), 61, of Millersville, MO (formerly Posen, IL) passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 5, 2018, surrounded by her family at Barnes Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis after a long and brave fight with Lymphoma. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Carolyn Rybicki and her sisters Lori Bernas (Rybicki) and Nadine Garvin (Garland). Carol leaves behind the love of her life and soulmate of 24 years, Rick Chandick, her four children David (Crystal) Hawkins, Joseph (Tabitha) Hawkins, Jeff (Chris) Tuttle, Jennifer (Bev) Tuttle, and her eight grandchildren, Tyler, Brendon, Adrianna, Austin, Aubrey, Brianne, Samantha and Elijah. Carol was a long-time resident of the Posen area and she graduated from Thornton High School in 1974. In her spare time, she enjoyed being a LuLaRoe Consultant, shopping, making crafts, spending time with family, spoiling her grandchildren or just hanging out in the pool watching the Bengals. The family would like to celebrate and remember Carol's life. Western Avenue in Posen, IL, followed by a dinner celebration at Mama Vesuvios in Palos Heights, IL.
